I had pinned this recipe a wee while ago, and today I got an intense craving for a nice healthy granola/oat bar so I decided to give this recipe from My New Roots a go! The only thing I changed was not adding nutmeg. I didn't have any available and am not a huge fan of the taste anyway. You can easily substitute gluten free oats with this recipe, too. Did I also mention it's dairy free?! Seriously, these are some crazy delicious superfood bars. Perfect for breakfast and also as a dessert with some vanilla ice cream if you are feeling fancy!
